PEKING Restaurant 


   


This restaurant is quite good, pretty, old style, Chinese style decoration and food are good too! They gave us some prawns chips for snack at the beginning.

這家酒樓,裝潢是不錯的!(老實說,很多時候,我很想把餐廳內部把它拍下來。可是,我挺怕被罵🙄 或者其他客人不喜歡!所以,沒有拍下裏面是怎樣的!我就是沒膽子了!!!)

開始的時候,有一些蝦片作小吃。



After we ordered the food, they brought us the heater. I did not know what was it for at the beginning. 🙄 Even my husband told me, it was for keeping the food warm. I felt weird because I never see this in my life when I ate in the restaurant. 😂 It was quite new for me and I saw the staff really put the fire on!

當我們下單了後,店員便將我們點了的飲品放上枱,然後,放了兩個點了火的鐵板在我們面前。我曾經有一刻想過:明明我只點了一樣鐵板牛肉,難道要點著火來吃?!😂 完全搞不懂那倆是什麼!老公告訴我,這是「暖爐」,用於保持食物的熱度。他告訴我後,我是有懷疑的,在香港時,常在餐廳吃飯,從來沒有見過!🙄 後來證明了我見識少,真是暖爐來的!😂

Those are the food we ordered. Ti Pan beef, fried squid with chilli and spice salt, fried sole fish with vegetables . (I forgot the name of dishes! If you are interested, the link will be on the end of the post but the website is Dutch!) The fried rice was with the dishes together, it was free. 😆

The fried squid was not the same I ate before, I ate deep fried one normally. I feel a bit shocked when I first saw this squid and was thinking “are they make a mistake?” LOL. The texture of the squid, I wanna say that I never eat the squid – soft! Every time I ate the squid before, I had to chew quite long. However, this one, my husband and me felt they were soft, and we were curious how did the chef made it!

The Ti pan beef was similar as I ate before and the vegetables with sole fish was ok. Just the squid was special for me because I never eat the way like that before. LOL.

All of the dishes were a bit spicy, and strong flavour. I was not sure did they put too much salt or MSG inside. I felt thirsty after ate the food.

Why did we pick this restaurant? We wanted to celebrate Chinese Valentine’s Day and Valentine’s Day together so we decided that having a dinner in the restaurant. We saw this restaurant few times and never been there! I felt the food were not bad, however, I do not think I will go back.

我們點了鐵板牛肉、雜菜炒龍脷柳和椒鹽炒魷魚,炒飯是跟餐的。菜名我全都忘記了,😆

椒鹽炒魷魚,不是我平時吃的那一種用油炸,只是普通用椒鹽炒的魷魚。不知道廚師是用了什麼,將魷魚炒得非常軟,在我印象中,從未吃過這樣軟的魷魚!

其它的菜都還好了,個人覺得炒飯很好吃!❤️ 我覺得,味很濃,但用完餐後,回到家裏,不停喝水!
